Please review our terms for payment, refunds, revisions and project handover before making the initial payment.
Before the project begins, we agree on the scope of work, price, timeline and amount of the initial payment. You tell us about the task and your preferences; we also agree on your preferences and references before work starts.
The initial payment covers work on the concept and first draft. Once this stage has begun, it is non-refundable, including if you decide to stop working with us or the proposed direction does not meet your subjective expectations.
The remaining amount is due after you approve the result and before the final project handover or access is provided, depending on the terms agreed for your order.
For 7 calendar days after approving the result and making full payment, you may request revisions within the original brief. This period is included in the project cost. For convenience, we recommend collecting your feedback in one list.
New pages, additional features, changes to the approved concept and other work outside the original brief are scoped and priced separately.
After you confirm that the work has been accepted and make the full payment, refunds are not available for work properly completed within the agreed scope. You may use the 7-calendar-day revision period described above.
These terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
If a problem arises with your website, contact our team through the phone number or technical support details listed on the site. Describe the issue and, if possible, include screenshots. We will help investigate and suggest a solution.
We fix errors in our work that cause the website to differ from the agreed brief at no extra cost. Further development, maintenance, and issues related to third-party services or changes made after handover may be charged separately. We agree on the terms before starting that work.
Domains, hosting, paid plugins, subscriptions and third-party services are included in the project price only when they are explicitly listed in your project proposal.
